It is our pleasure to invite you to the 2027 CUMSA Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. It will be held April 11th – 14th, hosted by Lipscomb University. This conference will assist you in your personal and professional development at any level of responsibility in an educational institution environment.
This four-day conference will feature a diverse lineup of educational sessions based on past attendee feedback and current industry issues.
The Industry Trade Show, held April 12–13, will showcase the latest services, equipment, and technologies in the mail industry — all designed to help your mail center increase efficiency, streamline processes, and save money.

CUMSA provides exceptional value for mail professionals in educational institutions. We are committeed to offering affordable, high-quality educational opportunities that address the challenges faced by today’s campus mail centers.
The CUMSA Conference Scholarship provides members in good standing the opportunity to receive a full or partial scholarship toward conference registration. The deadline to apply for the scholarship is December 31st, 2026.
Approved recipients will receive either a full scholarsihp of $349 or a partial scholarship of $174.50, applied at the time of registration.
An opportunity to take the Office Service Professionals Certification (OSPC I) test will be provided during the conference. More information can be found here.
